The accumulation rings offer a possibility to considerably increase the heat storage potential of the fireplace. During the burning process the energy is efficiently stored into the accumulation rings. After the burning process is over, the accumulation rings still radiate for several hours the stored energy to the living room. It's easy and efficient solution which is independent to any other energy source. There are two variants of accumulation sets available with additional mass up to 150 kg depending on the model of fireplace insert.
The doors opens to the sealed area above, so they don't interfere with the space in the living room. Precise operation of the liftdoors is guaranteed even in high temperatures thanks to the set of 8 rollers which are high temperature resistant up to the temperatures of 350°C. The rollers are sliding in the stainless steel profiles which define the movement precisly and permanently. When opening the doors, first of all they unlock and moves few milimeters away from the body of the fireplace. This way the damage of the sealing is prevented. When the doors are being closed the spring system locks the door again so the burn chamber is perfectly sealed.
Doors belongs to the moving elements where the high temperature stability and long lifespan is extremly important. Those attributes are being guaranteed by use of the non-welded rolled door profile of 2,5mm thickness. The mechanical capabilities of the door profile prevent possible deformations caused by operation in high temperature enviroment. Door profile is used for single and double glazing. The sealing is being fitted inside the door bar in a dovetail groove which prevents it from falling out.
Double glazing responds to current building standards. Bacuse of the new options of heat insulations, the energetical needs of the habitations are lower than before. Double glazing improves the insulating capabilities of the doors and decreases the amount of energy radiated through the doors into the living room. In a room with lower energetical needs double glazing prevents overheating. Thanks to double glazing also the temperature in a burn chamber rises hence the heat energy managment is more efficient. Next to standard light lining there is also dark one available. Dark lining is a solution for an unified interior designs where the light lining would be standing out. The individiual pieces of the dark lining are made from a dark mixture. That means that the dark color will be unified in the burn chamber even when there is an accidental damage to the surface. Both light and dark lining are made from fireclay which has been cooked in a controlled heat treating process during production for more than 1100 °C. Thanks to this the best possible mechanical capabilities of the material and hence it's long lifespan is reached.
The burn chambers of our products are so tight that the fire immediatelly reacts to any movement of the air control element. The high temperature in the burn chamber in any way doesn't affect the safety and comfort of the control. The control elements have been designed in a way that they cool themselfs down during operation.
